Hi, I’m Nick Erber-LaPierre

A licensed mental health counselor who’s passionate about helping people heal, grow, and find their way forward. I got into this work because I’ve always been drawn to understanding how we carry our experiences and how meaningful change can happen, even after pain or struggle. I specialize in working with trauma, anxiety, depression, identity, and life transitions. I especially love working with LGBTQ+ folks, men navigating emotional challenges, and couples looking to reconnect or work through tough spots. My approach is reflective and relational, grounded in honesty, compassion, authenticity, and integrity. I aim to create a space where you can show up as you are, feel heard, and move toward what matters most to you.

I offer individual and couples counseling for a wide range of concerns, including trauma, anxiety, depression, identity, and life transitions. My services are tailored to support adults and young adults of diverse backgrounds, with a focus on creating a safe, collaborative space for meaningful growth.

Accepted Insurances

Clients are responsible for the full cost of therapy, regardless of insurance coverage. While I do accept most major insurance plans in Washington, coverage can vary widely depending on your individual policy. It is the client’s responsibility to verify their mental health benefits, copays, deductibles, and any limitations. If there are discrepancies or issues with insurance reimbursement, the client is ultimately responsible for resolving them and covering any outstanding balance.

For those paying privately, my rates are as follows:

Initial Intake Session: $225 (one-time fee)
Ongoing Therapy Sessions: $175 per 60-minute session

Please note that I have a 48-hour cancellation policy. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance or missed appointments (no-shows) will be charged the full session fee.
